Princeton University Renovation
We are thrilled to unveil the renovation of Pete Carril Court at the Princeton University Jadwin Gymnasium.
- Date: May 2023
- Project Type: Gymnasium Renovation
The Miller Sports Construction team completed a restoration project at Princeton University Jadwin gymnasium’s Pete Carril court. The Jadwin Gymnasium is home to Princeton men’s and women’s teams for basketball, indoor track and field, squash, and more. The gymnasium main-court seats 7,000 people that surrounds the Carril Court.
We initiated the renovation process by sanding the surface, eliminating all prior paint and finish layers down to the bare wood. Following the proposed rendering, we applied cutting-edge transtint toning in the three-point areas and painted the graphics and game lines.
The Miller Sports team utilized the advanced Bona Super-Sport HD five-coat finish system. This rejuvenated the floor and added a contemporary touch to the iconic sports facility. Our commitment lies in creating environments that harmonize tradition with modern trends, providing athletes with state-of-the-art facilities where they can excel.
