Arlen Specter US Squash Center

We are excited to share the project we completed at Arlen Specter US Squash Center, the new Philadelphia home of US Squash!

  • Date: November 2021
  • Project Type: Squash Center Construction
Explore our latest achievement at the Arlen Specter US Squash Center, the new epicenter for US Squash in Philadelphia! This state-of-the-art facility spans an impressive 75,000 square feet, making it the world’s largest community squash center. Housed in the historic State Armory building on Drexel’s campus, the drill hall has a rich history as the former home of the 103rd Brigade Engineer Battalion.

Spearheading this project, the Miller Sports team took on various tasks to elevate the squash center to world-class standards. This includes the installation of 18 single squash courts, alongside the introduction of the first-ever blue North American hardball doubles courts. We installed Mondo USA rubber flooring in aisles and commercial spaces and incorporated turf and rubber flooring in the functional training center.

As we celebrate the completion of the Arlen Specter US Squash Center, we recognize that it goes beyond constructing courts; it’s about creating a space that inspires excellence and fosters a sense of community.
