Mount St. Mary’s University Renovation

Our team completed two significant renovation projects at Mount St. Mary’s University, focusing on the field house and tennis courts.

The field house, a 30,300 square foot multipurpose facility, underwent a transformative upgrade with the installation of the state-of-the-art MONDO Sportsflex Super X 720 surface, renowned for its usage in Olympic tracks.

More recently, we finished the construction of six new tennis courts as part of the Rooney Athletic Performance Center initiative. This multi-phase project aims to enhance Mount’s Division I athletic program, intramural sports, and recreational opportunities for all students. Our design & build approach included laying foundations, constructing fence posts, applying a tennis court coating system, and precisely painting lines adhering to regulatory standards. Additionally, we installed essential sports equipment, including tennis net posts, nets, center straps, and more.
